The emsource project aims to encourage the use of archive collections for learning by schools.

The emsource website enables teachers to access archive materials from record offices across the East Midlands, along with teaching and learning packages on specific curriculum themes. Launched in September 2003, the site has proved to be a popular resource with not only teachers but local history enthusiasts as well.
